I have a stock 2006 WRX/FXT TMIC in excellent shape I will sell for $60 picked up. It has the stock y-pipe and PCV crossover.
Which side of your throttle body are the throttle cables on? This will work for you if they are on the drivers side, the 02-05 TMIC will not.

Where are you located? My cables are on the driver side. I've heard the 06/07 fits much better for my application than the 02-05 so I'll take it.

I actually sold it today, but honestly they're dirt cheap. I got $20 bucks for it and other people give them away.
