the tires are not bad...its just one. it will be perfectly fine if you run the bald sidewall tire in the back. the middle and inner part of the bald tire still has good tread on it. the previous owner raped the sidewall on one of the tires at a car control clinic. other than that, the other 3 still have good tread on them. i can take pics of it if you want

I couldnt wait any longer. I needed new tires more than the wheel/tire combo, so I just bought some new ones. Thanks to all who replied.
