I'm looking for a set of 17x7 wheels on which to mount some snow tires. It's for my in-laws who just got an Outback 3.6R (larger brakes on that model don't fit 16s).

I don't care much about condition of the rims, and certainly don't care at all about what tires are currently on the rims. Just looking for something reasonably inexpensive, though I recognize it's probably not going to be as cheap as the set of 16s I use for my snow tires on my car.
