free bump - arent strut bars mostly for show? =O, they dun do much compared to Sways right? Are they even a good investment? Correct me if im wrong please =).

Strut bars are completely different than swaybars, and they have completely different purposes. One stiffens chassis mounting points, one links both sides of a car to reduce bodyroll. It's not a "one or the other" proposition; chassis bracing is usually added when running higher spring rates to prevent unibody stresses.
