i need a catback that is fairly quiet and has a 2.5 in. collector but 3 in. piping.

get that dudes prodrive round tip for $160 and just get a midpipe for $100. $250 catback prodrive muffler and 2.5" collector, with any size midpipe you can source or get fab'd

oh, im keeping mine, i just need a quieter one when living at home, all my neighbors complain. ill be keeping mine, just leaving it in the garage for a couple months till i move out. mmmhmm k?

maybe.......

anyone have a 3in midpipe with a 2.5in collector for sale?

if worse comes to worst you can go to a muffler shop to get a 3" to 2.5" collector midpipe mandrel bent and everything. should cost around $125.

quiet cbe's that flow higher than oem wrx (in order of quietest to loudest):

- stock sti
- Prodrive
- greddy evo2
- borla hush
- stromung/cobb

made by HiTech mufflers. the connection from downpipe to cbe is about 4 inches off lol... but the thing is super quiet and looks stock completely
