I'm looking for a mount to mount my lic. plate on my driver side bumper ... i think i seen a kit for that before .. but i forgot . .. where ... ?? that kit will replace one of the fog light cover .... i have an 04 wrx

 

i think is saw one where a person drilled holes in there foglight cover for there plate...
