I'm looking to buy a head unit for my 07 GD, I have one but doesn't have the aux option

So what you have is the OEM 6 disc or a different deck? Pretty sure you have an STI, so the OEM unit should have an aux input on the back, you just need the cable.

i just picked up a clarion touch screen and no longer need my current radio. i dont remember much about it. but if u need just the basics, aux, radio, CD this is basic and works great. the AUX port is on the face of the head unit. but i took apart my dash and wired the aux cable under everything. anyways if u want a temp or just basic headunit, come by with $40 and ill give you everything that came with it when i got it (+ 2 speakers) PM if interested and ill stop by the scoob and take down numers (serial numb/part number)

I have an OEM 6 disc from an 04 STI, which I think as you mentioned does not have the aux in though. I don't have the car it was going in anymore...not sure about putting it in my other one.
