170k+ original miles... things are starting to break down and the previous owner didn't do a good job taking care of the car. Now, the turbo is eating oil, I have the loud piston slapping knock, and it's probably about time to replace all the belts as well.

Anyone have a spare motor set laying around? I'd like to build one before my motor grenades. Or does anyone have recommendations for a shop that rebuilds EJ255s for a reasonable price? I'm in Berkeley. Something close would be nice.
