honestly i dont remember the spring rate, but they are a little rougher than eibach's or prodrives.

lower than eibachs or prodrives.
i think they are about 2 girly fingers in the front gap, and 1 fat man's finger gap in the rear end

in back it is186.25-193.7
stats from http://www.ravensblade-impreza.com/t...ng/spring.html
i think forester/leg/impreza suspension componenets are all interchangable... i have heard a few foresters running sti suspension...
i can measure actual ground clearance tommorow if you so desire, let me know tia

i apologyze for the late reply, ive been working on a heavy research paper the last few nights (and tonight)
anyways.
i took some pics, bad pictures unfortunatly.
** btw- wheels are 16X6.5 OEM wheels, tires are 225/50/16
i couldnt find the longer ruler, and all i had was a translucent ruler lol
roughly, from the top of the tire to the highest part of the fender...
front - ~ 1.5 inches
rear - ~1 inch
(these are the front pictures)
notice how for the fhree figure picture, i had to angle my fingers to get them in.
also notice i have semi-slim girly fingers haha
