Diesel and old shool brakes can be relined, might be able to send your stock ones out to re-line.

I don't know much about the whole conversion but I did the swap on my 11 wrx, I used rear Sti rotors and calipers, sti lines but I reused my stock wrx shoes... My ebrake works fine, I do have some abnormal noises when I creep from a slow start and stop... The sound is sorta like dragging the hand brake.... What's your input
