Why not just get a straight pipe axleback with tips made? Cheap and you can upgrade your mid pipe later...

Just a thought

Because I'd need the flange from the mid pipe to axle back and I don't want to cut up my own stock exhaust. I was just going to delete the muffler and keep the stock tips

Exhaust shops have matching flanges. When I first got my car, I got a straight pipe axleback with a flange so I bolted up to my stock mid pipe. I think it was like $60 with flange, piping, and oem looking tip...

Oh really? What was the name of that shop? The exhaust shop I've always used doesn't have flanges

Most shops have flanges that match it.. It's usually extra $$ but the sounds like your cheaper solution.. Have the shop remove your axle back muffler and have them fabricate pipes with tip... That should run somewhere around $150

Yea that's why I was steering clear of that but if Jameson knows someone who can do it for $60 I'm down
