rims can't have any dents or heavy damage to them. Major curb rash is fine. Want them not to be painted but if they are I will still probebly buy them. Want to buy them dirt cheap. I don't care about tires either. Send a pm u want to sell yours. I live in the real east bay(Brentwood)
