also looking for a paint shop for a good price that can paint my front and rear bumper of the car, color code 45A urban grey metallic UGM.

You should try out my friends body shop in Burligame its called 515 autobody, They literally just opened that location because they expanded. The old shop was called Franklin autobody which has done a lot of show cars in the bay area and they painted my old WRX wagon
