As title says looking for an 04 front lip

Which one? The OEM style lip only fits with splitters installed too.

i really like the limited! but i really need it to cover the jacked up scrapes and mangled-ness from the previous owner running curbs over i guess

Scrapes on the bottom edge of the nose? CF or other vinyl wrap? Silver paint seems to be the easiest to chip...I know

I think the V-limited with the OE splitters (first pic) is the cleanest look.

IMO, no it isn't. Clean, but not quite as nice as the V-limited even though it is 1 piece.
