Here's a bugeye out in vegas.

Higher mileage than what you want but for the extra $6k in your budget you can have a killer motor built and swap it to manual... lol!

This one is about there...

You can work with a local dealership to have it transfered over.

The g wag:
Sick wagon man I don't think I could offer you enough for what that car is truly worth. Also looking for something more mellow.
One-man army:
Thanks for looking out trying to stay more local than Vegas and I had a bigeye already so I'm trying to stick with 04 and up. Other two weren't bad except I don't want to do a tranny swap.
I know I'm being a tad picky but this will be the last Subaru for awhile so I'm trying to get exactly what I want.
Thanks for all the help much appreciated.

BE picky. It's a car YOU have to drive. LOL!
That last one is a solid option IMO. It's really easy to work with a local dealership to do shipping and all that jazz. My buddy pulled a car from Florida through Capitol and it's warranteed through them.
You can have the car fully inspected by the dealership in SoCal and even have a socal member take a look and drive for you. Then deal with a dealership up here for financing and shipping and warrantees and crap like that. Car is super clean and it's getting really hard to find stock wagons with under 100k these days. And it's a manual! LOL!
Hell, if you get a good enough price on it you can fly down there and drive it home yourself. Or pay someone to do it. I'd do it for you. LOL!
Just putting some ideas in your head.

Saw this while browsing craigslist for parts. I'm not affiliated with the seller but it looks like everything you're looking for in your car search except the price (may be negotiable, who knows).
