WTB '02-03 Sedan Front Conversion
WTB '02-03 Sedan Front Conversion
So basically I whacked a deer last night in my 0'2 wagon and crunched my passenger fender and had it roll down the side of the car. Bummer but what can you do. So full coverage I'm obviously going to be able get it fixed. However being the tuner I am my mind raced towards a sedan swap!
So heres' the two questions.
Any parting out 02'03 sedans?
What all do I need to change?
(fenders, liners, and bumper cover are whats different between sedan and wagon right?)
Replies appreciated.

I was researching doing the same thing on my 02 wagon, it's jsut the bumber fenders and liners, but its hard to find the parts... If you want to buy them new and get the oem ones youre looking at like $800... Good luck!
Thats Kind of what I figured. I heard they were few and far between. What a great swap though it makes the bugeye wagons look SO good.

I thought about doing this and to me it will only look complete if you add the rear flares as well which includes body work. And you cannot stop there as the suspension track is wider on sedans...
If I did it, that's the route that I would go with STI suspension and PSS9s.
Then again, if I came to that route, I would just buy my Pcar

It is the best visual upgrade to a wagon in my opinion. I'm still on the fence about doing it. At the moment because my estimate from insurance includes minor dent repair and repainting the whole passenger side i guess.
If in doubt, FLAT OUT

Will pretty much cost you the same as doing stock (except you have to do both sides), so I would definitely do sedan front too. The difference in track width is 10mm per side, so if you wanted to go "all in" you could go with sedan arms, which would also require a sedan swaybar; apparently the axles still work for some reason. OR, just use a rim with more offset.
I hope Aznpride don't mind if I post this picture up. My wagon on the left and his wagon on the right. One with usdm sedan front end and one with jdm sti front end.
Enjoy

Enjoy
