You should check the Nasioc group buy to see if there's any left. That's where I picked mine up.

It's a shop down in SJ. It's ~$220 or so for a painted one. You can pick it up locally in San Jose area. But price might have gone up. I know he's done a few group buys over there.

BE CAREFUL with the eBay scoops - I have one, and the damn thing melted and curled on the front lip (on the turbo side) and warped at the back. It was a perfect replica of the JDM 20/03 STI scoop, and came painted a perfect matching color (PSM) but was clearly not made of the right material. Arizona is hot, but not that hot.
