Weapon R Engine Damper

I have a brand new Weapon R engine damper for 02+ WRX. This engine damper mounts in between your vehicle's engine block and firewall to effectively control horsepower and torque. Keeping your motor supported as you slam through those gears while adding a nice show piece under the hood. Creates less stress to engine mounts, giving you more power to the wheel.

we actually already have an arm that goes from the back of the block to the firewall(pitch arm). How exactly does this shock absorber dampen motor movement there? Ive seen these on I4s where it mounts to in a spot to dampen engine rotation, on H4s this would have to be somewhere around the shock towers down to the head to do the same thing, do you have any pics of how this mounts?

this peice isn't even a shock absorber like most think it is. It's just a peice that is created to look like one. I have one, and my intial thoughts were that it was an shock absorber/dampener.

aside from that, it does help with the motor movement, and alex did a review here.
