Very clean car, absolutely love it when people take care of them like this one that's obviously been taken care of.
Did you really replace the VVT intake cam gear at 60k? I've never heard of that being done ever, since its not just a "cam gear" but a whole oil controlled vvt actuator assembly that would cost $500+ to replace, and no one ever replaces unless it goes bad.
