I've changed to a more street oriented setup on my STi-swapped RS, and i need to sell these asap! I'm moving in a few days...

This is a full set of Tokico D-Spec adjustable struts that i have installed a ground control coilover kit on. I've put about 2000 non-track miles on the set, so they're barely used. "Set" includes:

- Set of four GD Tokico D-Spec adjustable struts w/ spring perches cut off ($550 new)
- Set of four 8" Ground Control coilover kits (350/300lb/in front/rear), installed on the struts ($400 new)
- Front pair of GD Ground Control top-mount camber/caster plates ($350 new)
(read about them here: Ground Control - Camber/Caster Plate - '02-'08 WRX Front Top Mount (2)<br>(This plate mounts on top of Strut Tower.))
- 2xPair of helper springs on rear struts ($120 new)
- Pair of GC Group N rear strut top mounts ($110 new)
- All adjustment equipment (the Tokico's have a cool little keychain fob, etc)

That totals to about $1530 all told, but I'm setting the price at $950 + $50 for shipping (anywhere in the continental US).

damn, looks like a great setup. how does it ride on stiff/soft settings?

 

It mostly goes from a little bouncy at full soft, to ultra-controlled at the stiffer settings. It's a pretty versatile setup, in that the Tokicos adjust both the compression and rebound with one setting, unlike most other single-adjustable setups that will only alter the rebound. With these, you could swap stiffer springs on and crank up the stiffness for track work, or you could put softer springs in and dial it back for stock-levels of comfort. Different rate springs are easily purchasable through Ground Control or through companies like turninconcepts that have vendor accounts with Swift and Eibach.

The way they sit now, at 350/300lbs per inch front/rear, they're a little on the stiff side around town, but smooth out nicely as you speed up. The 300lb springs in the rear make the car a little more tail-happy, but that can be easily remedied by removing/dialing back your rear sway or swapping to softer springs.
