I think it is the same part. I don't think Subaru use model specific drain plugs for each motor.

Suby drain plugs should all be the same. The thread is M20 x 1.50 if you want to double check.

It does have a longer tip then the other car models. Blue is for Mitsu, Red Nissan.

You still need to use a crush washer. As for the next question....

The "like" before the "new" would make that a no.
