There is a plug for the wideband bung on it. I've never tried to remove it so you may need some penetrating oil if you wanted to remove it. I also forgot to mention that it comes with two 3" exhaust gaskets so this is ready to be installed.
This came from an 04/05 STi and from what I can remember it was somewhat loud- which is typical of a N1 style catback.

I've got someone interested in checking it out on Friday. I'll let you know if it falls through. I'd sell you the down pipe from the turbo back set up, but I just measured it and it's 4" longer due to the resonator.
