i don't know the spring rate on the hks, i do know that there bad ***...i don't have any pics myself but gruppe-s has a pic of them on there website if that helps..

and the header is a gruppe-s header

the coilovers are hks hipermax rs 6kg in the front w/pillow ball mounts and 4kg plus helper srings in the rear, and they are 30 way adjustable....sorry about the confusion i thought they were the hipermax 2
