I believe these have the side air bags and are direct bolt into many subaru's that use the impreza platform.

Yes, they fit nearly everything, but for the airbag to work has to have the wiring obviously. AFAIK, only the driver's has the airbag. I had them in my FXT and they sit slightly lower than the stock seats, which I prefer. Just sold mine too.
