The car is in good shape, runs great and sounds even better. The interior and body is in good condition, with no dents. I have always taken good care of this car, changing the oil often and getting the suggested tune ups. I just recently got the timing belt replaced (which is an expensive job suggested for Subaru's once they get to 100,000 miles). I have invested a lot of money in tasteful modifications for this car.

Modifications:

HKS Carbon Ti exhaust, I also will include stock exhaust
DBA 4000 slotted and vented front rotors
Goodridge stainless steel braided brake lines
Whiteline 24mm front sway bar
Hotchkis competition 25.4mm rear tubular sway bar (adjustable) with reinforced sway bar mounts and adjustable end links (double heim joints)
CTS front strut tower brace
Whiteline steering rack bushing
Whiteline Sport anti-lift kit (effectively increases caster, i.e. camber when you turn)
Kartboy short-throw shifter
Kartboy shifter bushings
Kartboy rear differential bushings
Kartboy transmission cross-member bushings
K&N Typhoon Air Intake System, stock air intake comes with car in case it would be needed for smog certification
Schroth 4-point harnesses with ASM (anti-submarine design)
Perrin lightened accessory pulley (lightened, but not underdriven)

TiNite Window tint on all windows except windshield (just got a brand new windshield)
Wingless Trunk (I can include the stock wing if you want it)

The car is lowered a little compared to the stock

To make the ride a little more enjoyable I upgraded the sound system in the car. It sounds amazing!

Sound System:

Sony Xplod (CD/MP3/WMA, AUX hookup)
JL Audio 5 ¼" front speakers with separate tweeter and crossover
JL Audio 4" rear speakers
Lightning Audio 12" Sub with Bbox Atrend Enclosure
MTX Audio Amp TD500.1D Mono Block 500 Watts


Other than these modifications the car is completely stock. It has never been tuned.

Overall the car is in great condition, inside and out. But I am a honest salesman and want to disclose any issues that are associated with this car.
The Bad:
The Hotchkis 25.4mm rear sway bar is a little tight so the car makes noise in the rear when going over bumps. It does not effect the performance but I suggest it should be replaced (I will include the stock sway bars so you wont even have to buy a new one).
The back seat has a cigarette burn in it from one of my friends. (I am not a smoker, just let my friend smoke in the back once and thats what happened)
The front lip has some scratches on the bottom (from tall curbs)
