STI Driveline, 03 WRX Chassis / Shell For Sale

What I have here is a nearly complete aborted project. The project was aborted as the wife let me get an 06 STI.
I was going to convert an 03 WRX into an STI. So I have an entire 05 STI driveline (6 speed transmission, driveline, axles, hubs etc) and an 05 STI shortblock.
The shell is a Platinum Silver Metallic 2003 Subaru Impreza WRX. It has all doors, hood, trunk, all glass, has a CLEAN CA Title. The chassis itself is in excellent shape; the paint is FLAWLESS and is registered as a non-op with the DMV. There are pics of the chassis below, please note that it was a foggy morning and the color is much more brilliant in person.
How about 12k for this:
03 Chassis,
STI 6 speed
entire STI driveline,
05 STI ECU w/Key,
05 Cluster
05 STI Steering rack
STI short block
Full WRX interior
All airbags and sensors
Full AC plumbing
JDM WRX Momo steering wheel
+ I'll toss in the EDM HID's with leveling harness!
Now that's a deal just add heads and wiring and you've got an STI.

Well the chassis is in perfect shape, it has ALL the body panels including the hood, trunk, scoop, all the panels are straight, all the glass is in place, the bumpers and beams are all in place. The PSM paint is in excellent condition. It has a clean title, currently registered as a non-op with the DMV so there will be no hassle transferring title and getting it registered. Presently the chassis is getting its fenders professionally rolled in order to accommodate wider tires.
That said the chassis does NOT have: an interior, steering rack, engine, tranny, driveshaft, axles, but I have all those parts, I just don't have the time to build it up.

Keep in mind that all this thing needs is an engine, tranny, interior, and some suspension pieces and you can sell it as an 03 WRX as it has all the body panels - everything.
