sony's trinitron tubes have some great clarity, the picture quality is better than plasma or lcd with ease. only reason I gave up my old wega (similar model, but SD) was placement flexibility... between the stand and the tv, good price, nice guy

 

ill most likely be taking this off your hands, im gonna ask my room-mate if he wants to go in halfsies....ill get back with you within this week for sure
