those rota rims, are they custom spray painted or powdercoated or what? im interested but if they are painted on then how strong would they hold up?

i do not know (long story)
the wheels are at the body shop right now.

Once i find out the method that the wheels are being painted i'll let you guys know. Thanks for the interest.
