For sale (4) Rota SubZero’s – 18 x 7.5 - with Bridgestone Potenza S03’s 225x40x18.

The Rota wheels were run for two Summer seasons while the S03’s were run for a couple of months. They were never taken on a track or autocross course. I typically ran a set of 17s’s with Snow tires most of the year, so these are in pretty good shape.

I will post photos of the wheels on Friday morning.

These wheels are being run on a 02 Wagon with big brakes, there are no clearance or rubbing issues front or rear.

Finally, I would really prefer to find a local buyer to avoid having to deal with shipping issues. Finally, I am willing to meet the buyer at a mutually convenient location in the Bay Area to drop off the wheels.

I am bit hesitant to name a price as tire and rim wear is a bit subjective. So, if you have interest let me know what you think is fair.

I live and work in the East Bay, but I am willing to meet up just about anywere in the greater Bay Area. I may need a day notice, but other than that there should be no issues in terms of local travel. I just don't want to have to deal with shipping them through UPS.

Re: Price: I have not read this forum lately, so I am not really sure what the going rate is. I do not really have a specific number in mind, I just need to clear out some my storage space. Just as long as we both agree the number is fair, we will have a good deal.

 

I am not going to spend the time researching every brake combo that will and will not work with these wheels. If a buyer is interested and has a specific requirement regarding their particular brake upgrade we can double check the brake manufactures template to determine if the combination will work.

Are you actually interested in this tire and wheel package and if so are you currently running big brakes? If so tell me the manufacturer, and I will download their template and check out the measurements. In my experience most of the big brake kits list clearance specifications that are similar, but each set-up is kind of unique. Or, Are you asking me to provide a list of every brake set-up that may or may not work with this wheel?

 

I just did a quick search and found another pair of the same wheels that sold back in Jan. for $600, with budget tires that were in about 60% condition. Given these are shod with S03's in pretty good shape and I will basically deliver the set-up to your front door, $600 sounds just a bit low. However, I really don't want to grind over the price, so if you are interested send me a email at
