Sales Position - FORUM SELLER (Full-Time) (Hayward CA)
We are looking for talented and tenacious individuals to sell our products in internet communities, specifically the Subaru related internet communities such as nasioc.com, iwsti.com, etc.
Specific responsibilities will include creating new for sale postings, answering technical inquiries, creating and implementing product promotion campaigns, promoting Gruppe-S and its product line, altering such sales strategies as market conditions change, and responding to customer inquiries.
Experience with the high performance Subaru after-market is required. Familiarity with specific internet communities is a plus. This position requires a motivated and entrepreneurial attitude, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, and a whole lot of hard-work.

Base salary begins at $35K (depending on experience) + commission. Commission is based on sales performance and is uncapped. Commission levels of $10K+ / annually should be expected.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience or demonstrated desire to excel in sales
Motivated and entrepreneurial attitude with desire to promote the Gruppe-S product line
Very knowledgeable in the aftermarket performance part industry especially Subaru related
Familiar with internet communities, specifically Subaru forums such as Nasioc, IWSTI, etc.
Experience with internet sales and marketing
Ability to tailor sales strategies to existing market conditions
Highly self-motivated and ability to multi-task
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Familiar with QuickBooks
Experience working in a small to medium sized business
Solid Word, Excel, Photoshop skills
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
FORUM SALES
Promote & Sell product line on Subaru related forums
Create and support product-related threads on forums
Tailor sales-strategies to respond to competitors and market conditions
Assist customers via e-mail, PM, and telephone
Develop and implement product advertising campaigns
Promote New Products and support Forum Threads
Ensure rapid inventory turn-over
