I remember way back I went to a big BBQ meet APEX Motorsports was having. I think the owner at the time was a guy named Mike and one of his employees took me out for a spin in his 00 Cobra R. My god it was amazing and highly illegal how he drove it on the street but I felt like a little kid on a roller coaster loving every second of it

I drove a mangusta once. basically the same motor in a different chassis and body. its weird, didnt have the low end torque so youre able to floor it.

Back in the day I used to drive 17... a LOT. I pretty much never ran into a car I couldn't hang with or outrun until I came up on one of those. Dude walked all over me. About the time those things hit the market... probably 2001.
