Roll Cage + Harness's. (track day stuff)
Don't want to crap on your thread or start a semantics war, but this looks to be a 6 point cage - not 21 - roll cages are typically referred to numerically by the amount of frame or floor tie-ins, not the amount of tubing intersections.
That said, I wish yours fit my forester because it would look pretty rad.

forget what i was basing off of, but you see a lot of cusco cages that say they are 7-8-9 point and they only hvae 6 mounts, so i think i was going off bars/mate points *shrug*

i do not have any bar to trade but figured id offer 200 for it. i've been trying to find a shop that stocks them locally but no one has any and can only be found new online for like 270shipped for the steel or aluminum ones =\
