SOLD: Rocky Mountain Element 30 full suspension MTB

2004 Rocky Mountain Element 30, XC full suspension. Size Large (19" center BB to top of seat tube). Numerous upgrades, just not riding it anymore since I picked up a 29er hardtail. Normal wear and tear from XC riding, but wheels are straight and nothing is broken. Tires have plenty of life left. Cleaned chain and repacked hubs with fresh grease on 06/2/2012.

Sold

Component details:
  • Easton Elite FS taperwall aluminum frame
  • XTR derailleurs, shadow rear, 27 speed
  • Deore LX dual control levers
  • Easton Monkey Lite XC composite riser bars
  • Oury grips
  • SRAM chain with reusable tool-free link
  • 180mm front, 160mm rear Shimano BR-M525 hydraulic disc brakes
  • Marzocchi EXR Supra fork (rebuilt w/new seals last year)
  • Crank Brother Egg Beater pedals
  • Flite Titanium saddle
  • Mavic 117 rims on non-series Shimano hubs
  • WTB Weirwolf 2.1 rear, Mutano Raptor 2.4 front
  • Lizard Skin chainstay protector

Nice! Bump for a good deal! Those pedals alone were almost $300 when they came out lol

I got a Kona unit 29" single rigid and I don't think I will need a bike for 10 more years.

I'm interested. What rear shock and brakes are those? Also what is the fork travel?

Rock Shox Bar. Fork travel is 105mm. The brakes are BR-M525 - not branded with a series, but equivalent to Deore. Work pretty well with the larger front rotor and the overall power compares well with the Hope X2s on my other bike.

Tell your friends instead

I'd like to think no $300 new bike is going to be remotely close in performance.

Still got it. Offers in hand that involve shipping, but I'd prefer to sell locally if I can.
