Rally Armor Mudflaps

I have a used set of Rally Armor UR mudflaps for the 02-07 Wrx/STi applications. Mounting hardware is not included. Hardware at your local store shouldn't be more than $4-$5. These mudflaps are in great condition and all holes are good and not broken. Would prefer not to ship as I do not have a box for these. USPS flat rate is too much for something this light. For those of you I'm the Sacramento or Reno area, I'm not too far from these locations and can arrange a time & place to meet if necessary. Or if you are in the Tahoe region, then I can meet you near the basin.
