he is selling it because the hype has caused it to be sold out. it's a big marketing scheme by sony. so since the PSP is sold out and won't be in stock for like another month or so..making it possible for people to sell them more than retail. if you are impatient you will spend.

Wow you are good how did you figure that out??
If you want to buy it for $249 + tax go to gilroy they "might" have it.(they had 3 last saturday) $285 is not a bad price. Imagine the gas money you save. Especially with gas prices going up.
