I have no doubt that you'll get $3k for it...I just think it is ridiculous that people will pay that much.

i don't think he could sell it on ebay as i belive that ebay said unless you have over 100 98% positive sale you can't post it for sale.

 

Good luck with the sale, if there are people who are dumb enough to pay *that* much for it, well, you know what they say about the fool and his money..

 

Just buy an Xbox 360 and Gears of War and that'll tide you over until the PS3 prices drop. It's a kick *** game with unbelievable graphics. Same with Fight Night 3!

Anyway, I doubt you'll get anything near $3K for this. The prices are dropping fast on craigslist. People are realizing that they haven't got a single bite at anything near that price.

 

i wonder if anyone's actually KEEPING their ps3....seems like every person who's bought one's trying to sell it off.

btw +1 for gears of war. just beat it last night. imho better than anything that'll be on the ps3 until gt5 or metal gear comes out.

 

$777.53 is market price for those of us who are patient enough to wait. Crap, when the PS2's came out, $300 was rediculously high for a gaming console. I don't want to bash you, if you can sell it for that, go for it, but I personally do not think it's right to buy a product for the purpose of reselling it and making that much, or even making alittle bit. If you bought it to use it, and then try and sell it for more than it's worth down the road, that's one thing. But to buy a product you didn't put any effort into producing or anything, and try to flip it immediately, and make a quick buck...well. I don't like middle-men, and I never have. Why not just let someone else buy it for market price ($777.53) who actually wants one and will get the use out of it, rather than try to take advantage and charge them for it??

I think that's my problem. I want GT5!! I might have to break down and get a PS3 but by that time, I'll be paying 600 for it.

 

I paid 900 for my ps3 with 3 games and 1 extra controller. looking at the ebay auctions now, I might as well keep this thing, since I donnt have an xbox 360 anyways
