Possibly FS: Wrecked 1997 outback conversion
Just gauging interest and seeing if I get any kind of offers.
-1997 subaru impreza outback sport
-160,xxx miles
-I-speed/lic smog legal usdm ej20 engine conversion
-Engine has approximately 40,000 miles on it
-Engine Modifications are ion stage 0 turbo, JDM STI uppipe
-Prodrive WR suspenison with approximately 40,000 miles on them
-V2 STI seats, I think (black and grey)
-Cusco rear sway bar
-WRX 6 disc cd changer
-The car was running a push-clutch 5 speed (not wrx), and the tranny was making funny decceleration noises and would occasionally make terrible noises when the clutch was engaged (bad TO bearing?)
-WRX wheels with Re-92's
Note: The collsion I was involved in was big enough to push the small tank behind the radiator into the front of the engine. The front timing belt cover is cracked open and you can see the Timing belt and cam gears (?). As a result there is a possibility that the belt skipped a tooth on the gears resulting in engine damage. I don't want to start up the engine to find out because the tank is touching one of the gears on the left side of the engine.
You only have till the end of this week until this car is no more, might even be before that, so just e-mail or PM me with any kind of offers.
Thanks,
James

Aw man. Very sorry to hear about your loss. That was a pretty sweet wagon. =/
If it's possible, would you be parting it out? I don't mean to sound like a vulture. I figured i'd ask just in case it's declared totaled or something. You could probably get a nice chunk of change for whatever's left.

Don't worry I'm not offended by your question, but as of today the wagon is sold. I didn't want to bother parting it out, it would take too much work

Sorry to hear about this. Any chance you'd part out the full wiring harness?? That would save me a ton of time. I have all the parts for my 99RS conversion, including harness but obviously mine is still the wrx one and hasnt been separated or anything.

The wiring harness is different, it's a MY97. By no means is it compatible with a MY99. The cars have a different style dash.
