IDK who that is. I don't really read these forums much. But thanks!

Fine. $499.87 for you but I want exact change. PM me if you're really interested. It's kind of sort of almost pending to someone a little bit right now, but it is first come first served.

I am interested in this, but first a couple things.

The way you're coming off to ppl on here, isnt going to help you sell your product. Charlie Wilson aka freshrex was acting just as you are and now has a TERRIBLE rep on iclub and nasioc as well.

Your sales history on here = 1. I wouldnt say thats plenty.

If you know any basics about finance, you would know that if you were offered a sum today, compared to a slightly larger sum of money in the future, you should always take the sum offered "today". But a month, well thats debatable I guess.

Just dont act the way you are and be over defensive and others will/should chill out too.

But on the my questions about the deck.
What is the production date of it?
You say it works with ipods, what about itouch or iphone?

If you're interested, here is my history. like I said, I've bought and sold plenty. I'm not trying to build any kind of rep, that's why I don't bug people to fill out that sales rating thing.

As far as finance goes, I can assure you I do just fine for myself. In my example, the only way you would be right is if you have the means to turn $400 into $500 within the one month period.

I got defensive because the very first reply to the thread was not only negative but wrong. People will click the thread, read the reply saying the price is too high, and click the back button. Rules on other forums STRICTLY prohibit criticizing others prices in their classified threads because of idiots like him. It's a great way to lose your posting privileges.

The manufacture date is August 2008 and I've been the only owner. I updated the firmware a few months ago. (the update cost $60 from pioneer) I use it with my iPhone 3GS and it works fine. Every once in a while I got an error on the phone saying it couldn't charge, but it would go away after unplugging it and plugging it back in. The iPod function always worked perfectly though. You can even stream pandora, but you have to control it with your phone.

If you have any more questions, send me a pm. I get an alert so I can get back to you much faster.

The reason I asked about the production date is because Sept 2008 Apple reconfigured the way they have their devices charge. So any device Sept 2008 and beyond, wont charge on cables prior to Sept 2008.

Im currently having this issue with my current pioneer deck. Ive tried a few different aftermarket cables, but none will charge my 2nd gen itouch.

To the guy with the post above mine, there is a simple solution. Buy this adaptor (link below) and problem solved. It sucks that those ****ers had to go and change **** at the cost of consumers but I bought this adapter and have had no problems since and I've used it for home and car stereos. Hope this helps!

Well I guess your mileage may vary then. Like I said I sometimes got errors with the 3GS but unplugging it and plugging it back in would usually solve the problem and it would definitely charge my phone. So I can't make any promises but maybe try what stick&move says on the head unit you have now?

FYI that's about half the price on amazon. Free shipping plus no tax if you're in ca.
