Used in great condition no noticeable scratches to the screen or buttons I mainly use the remote. It's a great HU pretty much does it all MP3, CD, DVD, SD card, bluetooth, and USB. You can stream pandora and other similar type apps also even use GPS apps. This is a great upgrade over the stock HU makes a night and day difference in sound quality.
