If you are leaning back in the chair while trying to recline it that will happen and it will get fuxored. I just use the right **** when I (rarely) adjust it. So I never thought of getting it fixed cause luckily, there is a **** on the other side.

If you can drive down here you can pick them up any night this week after about 6:30, but after rush hour would probably be easier
