Unhappy NEEDED EMERGENCY: Pre cat o2 sensor

switched out my dp today to a catless one, was taking out the precat o2 sensor, and well somehow it was stripped in there because it came out mangled! was super tight to turn out which is odd and I'm not sure what caused this to happen since it went in smoothly during previous install. I am scheduled to get my car tuned tomorrow so if anyone has a precat o2 sensor for an 07 wrx let me know. Need asap and early in the morning if possible.

thanks for looking, chris

the bigger issue was that there would have been a hole in his dp... when we went to swap the pre cat o2 sensor from the old dp to the new, it was siezed so the threads got messed up... we didnt have a plug for the hole... and he needed the o2 sensor to get his tune today...

hengmen you are wrong, the 02 sensor on an 07 wrx is in the top of the downpipe and behind the turbo, under the heat shield, then there is one after the cat..... wish you guys posted a lil earlier would have saved me some cash but its all godd she is up and running now, full 3" and catless. She sounds like a beast!

ive never seen an 07wrx with a o2 sensor on top of the top portion of the downpipe. must be because of your jdm exhaust setup? i work at stevens creek subaru as a tech and i have NEVER seen a o2sensor on the top unless it was a wideband o2 sensor or a jdm setup
