Wagon control arms are narrower. As are the rear lateral links.
Wagon front sway bars are narrower and front end links are different from the sedan (the front end links won't fit sedan control arms).
Wagon rear springs are taller.
They will all (except the front end links, unless you use wagon control arms) fit and work on a sedan, but you would have a narrower track and sit higher (in the rear) than a sedan.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that using wagon struts on a sedan will give you more negative camber (a good thing) and using sedan struts on a wagon will decrease you negative camber (a bad thing).

If you put wagon struts on a sedan, that's fine... you'll naturally get more negative camber.
If you put sedan struts on a wagon, you will lose it... which in some cases makes the camber positive.
But other than this, yes they are are fully compatible. I have sedan struts on my wagon.
