I need a rear wheel. Nothing special... It's so I can run a road tire on my trainer.

I run crappy XT mechanical disc brakes and an XT drive train. LIke 10 years old.

Doesn't have to be a "road tire"

They make slicks in all sizes. I used to run them on my race bike. Hell even hookworms would be better than running nobbies.

Probably just run a 26 x 1.5 or x2 slick on my MTB wheels if I can't find one soon. I gotta drop like 20lbs by january.

 

AHHH ok. i was confused. when u said road tire i auto assumed road wheel. i think i can laced on up for u. i got a crap load of hubs, spokes, and hoops. lol hoops are mainly 26x1.5 and hubs QR, disc and non. lmk! if not ,GL with find. i been riding my Madone a lot recently and starting to look for a MTB build. i have a Speci Hardrock frame. but looking for a soft tail (air pref for trails )

 

Don't have any frames or crappy wheels. Only the Stan's wheelset I'm selling
