Looking for a room mate south san jose!
this is off of branham and snow dr
All hardwood floor.
Park view apt.
Plenty of parking.
With two bachelors ages 21&27.
Shared bathroom.
Split Utilities.
Internet ready.Cable in living room.
Close to 101 and 85.
Queen size bed and computer desk yours if wanted.
Move in date on February 1st. with first months rent as deposit
rent is $475+ utilites which is about 50 bucks

before anyone ask's there is no garage parking for a car unfortunately =( but theres room for 1 or 2 more bikes
