You wont need an uppipe though, 2006 wrxs already come with catless uppipes.

Yes, you don't need aftermarket upipe for your 06 due to factory catless uppipe. Don't waste your money. I have used helix 3" catted downpipe that I don't need. Don't need it since I'm going back to stock. $240 cash. I'll post a pic probably tomorrow to sell it. Just giving you a head up. What is your catback? Want to know if it will match up.

 

up pipes are not 3" unless is something someone made one one their spare time. the reason people get up pipes are because the years before 06 the up pipe was catted. so ur in the clear
