when i got my flat the tire place said that because its AWD you cant replace just one tire cause the rear end will get messed up? how one tire has more trend then the other side? yea if thats true i just wanted to give you a heads up so you dont mess up your car. free bump

 

uhh.. How about you let us know what size tire your running, that just might be important

With what he said, different treads will wear your differentials out very quickly even though it may be extremely small amounts. My friend told me subaru allows 2/32 (approx 20% tire tread) difference in the tires, but the smaller the better for your diff.

The only real way to make sure the tread depths are very similar is to take it to a tire shop and have them measure the tread depth.
