Looking for an android based device capable of running the torque app. Not really bothered which flavor of android it is running. It just needs to run torque and have functional bluetooth. If it's a phone, doesn't matter which provider it's locked into. I won't need to root it or activate it. Just need a test device for torque and other obd apps with my elm 327 BT.

For users of rev on iphone, has anything better come out? Rev hasn't been updated since 2010 before retina devices existed.
