Will the i/c shroud fit an 07 sti?

 

yes.

 

If the 04 bumper is the same as the 07 WRX bumper I have a buyer for you

 

it mounts the same. only difference is that at the bottom of the bumper on the sides, the 06-07 has this slight edgy line where as the 04 doesnt. but they all fit the same, just not for sti since sti has that side trim piece
