Yakima/Thule used don't go for sale for cheap. But here is a nice deal online for the Yakima Buttondown Snowboard/ski carrier with locks and might mount for factory crossbar for 97.50 + shipping. Although it is the not the new Powderhound design but works the same.

Persoanlly, I am using the lowrider system with the big powder hound. I assume you have a wagon, and here is another tip. Make sure you take all snowboard and skis of the rack before opening the trunk. The roof spoiler (attached to the trunk) might hit the snowboard and scraches it.
