yes includes tophats. i liked these coilovers for street use, but im upgrading to something a little more heavy duty.

If you've got it dialed in just right for the 92x and it's plug n play I'd be interested. I can pick them up only on Fri all day or Sat night though. If the pickup can be arranged then let's deal! If you have a box and padding materials that'd be great since I'll be checking them in on a flight back to SD.
